About the college :


Since the development journey in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia began, the five-year development plans have aimed to create a developmental foundation with the goal of localizing various jobs across different sectors, with the healthcare sector being a top priority. For a long time, the Kingdom relied on non-Saudi healthcare professionals, which necessitated the planning and establishment of health educational institutions, institutes, academies, colleges, and universities dedicated to qualifying national professionals in this field.
Since Education and training represent the main focus of the development and construction, the kingdom’s efforts were directed to support the public education and higher education sectors, through an expansionary vision that balances the various regions of the Kingdom, as it has managed the largest development process in higher education. The number of Saudi universities reached 29 government universities, In addition to 34 universities and private colleges.
Al-Ghad College for Applied Medical Sciences has contributed to the preparation and qualification of Saudi professionals and their development in the fields of health services in the Kingdom in addition to providing male and female students with distinctive scientific knowledge and individual skills that enhance their ability to compete in the local, Arab and international labor market, enhancing scientific research in various fields, and meeting the ongoing needs of society in the areas of economic, social and technical development.

In the year 1430 AH, the Ministry of Education approved the opening of Al-Ghad College for Applied Medical Sciences in Riyadh, specializing in applied medical sciences.
