In its ongoing mission to enhance health awareness among students, Al-Ghad College in Riyadh, in collaboration with Salamah bin Dinar High School, organized an awareness lecture in observance of World Osteoporosis Day and Global Handwashing Day. The lecture underscored the importance of handwashing as one of the primary methods of disease prevention, providing guidance on how to protect oneself and the community. Additionally, osteoporosis was discussed, covering its causes, prevention strategies, and the crucial role of proper nutrition in maintaining bone health.
