Mission:
To provide an educational environment that fosters integration between academic achievement and extracurricular activities by delivering high-quality services across various fields, enhancing students’ skills, nurturing their talents, and encouraging creativity and excellence.
General objective:
The unit manages the planning and organization of both internal and external college activities. College students participate in extracurricular activities and activities provided by the college.
Tasks:
- Prepare and implement an activity plan that enhances students’ happiness and satisfaction with the college.
- The unit performs its designated tasks according to the approved action plan.
- Evaluate and assess the extracurricular programs provided by the college.
- Participate in various games and activities organized by the Saudi University Sports Federation.
- Encourage student participation in various sports and activities within the college departments.
- Prepare reports on university and college-level activities across the Kingdom to utilize in improving the extracurricular activities at the college.
- Sign memorandums of understanding with official educational institutions in the Kingdom to benefit from sports and cultural facilities.
- Gather student feedback and measure their satisfaction with the extracurricular activities offered by the college.
- Continuously work on improving and developing student services.
Authorities:
- Seek competitive offers provided by external parties for college students.
- Coordinate the attendance of college students at scientific conferences and meetings inside and outside the college.
- Conducting any other designated tasks within the unit’s area of expertise.
