Statistical information and studies are among the essential components that contribute to development and play a vital role in decision-making, policy-making, and organizing workflow. From this perspective, the unit collects and compiles data and information from the college’s departments and units through forms and performance indicators, preparing it in a reliable manner for decision-makers.

Objectives:

  1. Collect and store all information and data related to the college.
  2. Develop tools and models for data collection and continuously work on their improvement.
  3. Prepare periodic reports based on accurate statistical data.
  4. Enable decision-makers with precise and supportive information for their decisions.
  5. Monitor and review performance indicators and statistical analyses issued by various departments, centers, and units.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote a culture of data and information documentation among college staff.
  2. Update the mechanism for collecting, storing, classifying, analyzing, and documenting data and information for all college practices.
  3. Prepare databases for all college departments and units and enter data into them.
  4. Update data and information on the college’s website periodically.
  5. Develop the necessary technologies to automate processes within all academic and administrative departments of the college.
  6. Monitor the renewal of subscriptions and maintenance contracts for devices and software.
  7. Analyze statistical data for all college practices.
  8. Prepare the annual report and statistical reports for the college.
  9. Provide information and data to enable college management to make decisions.
  10. Any other duties assigned to the unit within its jurisdiction.

Authorities:

  1. Communicate with all college departments and units to update and document data and information.
  2. Verify the accuracy and reliability of data received from college departments and units.
  3. Identify the needs for human resources and equipment necessary for the unit’s work and work to provide them.
  4. Prepare periodic reports on the unit’s activities, achievements, and suggestions for performance development.
